All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. The cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may have already processed your order and it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at trinhkieuoanh2235@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
